What we collect
Ripley Forge collects the name, work email, optional company, project or problem, and optional timing and budget context submitted through the inquiry form. We do not collect information merely because you select the text link. If you choose to send a text message, we may use the information you voluntarily provide to respond to you and maintain necessary business records. Cloudflare may also process IP address, browser, and Turnstile security data.
How we use it
We use this information to evaluate and respond to the inquiry, operate security, maintain necessary business records, and meet legal obligations.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the site and provides Turnstile; Resend transmits the inquiry notification; Fastmail stores the received business email. See Cloudflare Turnstile privacy.
What we do not do
We use no site analytics, advertising, sale of personal information, targeted advertising, newsletter, user accounts, or nonessential cookies.
Retention
Unsuccessful inquiries are deleted from active business records within 24 months. Active prospect and client records are kept while needed and for up to seven years after the last business interaction when required for contract, tax, dispute, or legal records.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing contact@ripleyforge.com, subject to records Ripley Forge must retain.
Children
The inquiry is not directed to children under 13.
